The Problem:
Brylcreem, a long-standing iconic brand, needed a packaging redesign to reconnect with its heritage and resonate with modern consumers. The challenge was to create packaging that not only stood out on the shelves but also reflected the pride of being British, aligning with the brand's legacy and national identity.
My Thoughts:
To tackle this challenge, it was essential to draw from British cultural symbols and traditions while ensuring the design felt fresh and relevant to today's market. The redesign needed to blend classic British aesthetics with contemporary design trends to appeal to both loyal customers and a younger audience.
The Solution:
The new packaging design heroes the logo whiles having a bold and contemporary look. The color scheme was refined to reflect a modern yet timeless British palette, and the overall design was streamlined to convey elegance and simplicity. This redesign reinforced Brylcreem’s identity as a brand proud of its British roots, helping it to maintain its status as a beloved grooming product.
